How quickly will my order ship?
Ready-made items usually dispatch within 2-4 working days. Made-to-order pieces show their own dispatch estimate on the product page.
Can I personalise my item?
Where personalisation is available, add the text in the product form before adding the item to your cart. The exact option will be saved through checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted on unused ready-made items within 14 days. Personalised or made-to-order pieces can only be returned if faulty.
How should I care for handmade pieces?
Use the care notes on the product page. Most fabric pieces should be spot cleaned gently and dried flat.
